Winning the World Cup, March 25th,1992, was an iconic day for Pakistan. The national cricket team beat England to win the world cup. Imran Khan was the face of victory. The Pakistani captain Imran Khan's name was already on the global celebrity list across continents. But almost thirty years later, Imran's public identity has completely changed. He is now Pakistan's Prime Minister. I pledge to my Pakistan nation that I will prove that we can fix our governance system in this country. -Imran Khan So how did a player became the Prime Minister. Will, he able to bring change in the country? From a young age Imran Khan was exposed to foreign influences. He grew up in Lahore, where he attended British prep schools and eventually went to Oxford University. Khan's cricketing skills were shaped when he was in England, he started liking western culture. EXPLOITATION OF INDIAN STUDENTS IN PHILIPPINES

As a student in India, we have to choose whether to pursue medical or engineering. Most of us get scared by seeing the curriculum of MBBS(6 years), so, fortunately, we do engineering. But becoming a doctor is a few student's only choice to fulfil their dream. Our dreams have no limitation but our financial conditions though. You can see many such students in my country. Neither could they afford coaching classes for the entrance examination nor compensate great amounts drafted by private institutions. Have you ever been in a situation where you can see the chance slips from your hands? Yeah, I have gone through the same once. After looking, JEE-MAIN results, I saw my chance of getting into an NIT fading away. The same might happen to NEET aspirants. After NEET results, Indian students have two options. One, to prepare for examination once again and reappear. Two, pursue medical in other countries which demand a lesser fee than native private institutions. This is when the educ...

What can we learn from a Bangladeshis?

Once we have talked about India becoming a supergiant, still now we are talking about it. Many nations baited their kin to get back their economy. Many leaders lost their hope. But here is this particular nation in Asia sharing most of its border with India. This nation has one more name, that is the land of rivers. Yes, we are talking about Bangladesh. Thought, once Bangladesh was a part of Pakistan but got liberation in the year 1971. Still, Bangladesh is a brotherhood of Pakistan but with different principles. There was a time, Bangladesh was fighting for freedom. But now, its currency value is more than its brother(Pakistan). Bangladesh of 2.11% of the world's total population. Approximately 1260  persons per kilometre, the tenth most densely populated country in the world. We know Bangladesh is famous for its RMD(Ready Made Dresses). Even I have Bangladesh - made jeans in my closet. They are famous for labour-intensive jobs such as agriculture, garments, construction, m...

Who benefits from the conflict between India and Pakistan

Welcome back guys, today we are going to look at an exciting topic. Never make a question with "what" because the answer may contain blindspots. On the other hand, questioning with "why", for example, why did it happen?, gives you a clear view. With no further delay let's get started... Weaponry Traders when there is a conflict between two countries, they are in great demand of weaponry. Either to defend their kin or to suppress the opposition in the warfare. By recognizing this as an advantage on the world stage, the supplier will trade the weapons in extra amounts. With the help of the revenue generated, the company gets developed. The demand for arms will create jobs so that the nation's GDP gets increased. For example, recently, IAF has received five new Dassault Rafale fighter jets amid ongoing border tensions with China. The aircraft are part of India's deal with France in 2016 to buy 36 warplanes. As you can see in the above example, Who gets...

Why does the Sri Lankan Navy detain Indian fishermen?

There is a battle going on out there. It is not the battle for land or people, but a battle about fish. On the one side, Sri Lankan fishermen rely on fishing as the source of economy. And on the other side, you have their counterparts, Indian fishermen along the southeastern coast of India.  And out here on the water there’s an invisible line that marks where India’s territorial waters end and where Sri Lanka’s begin. Underneath this border, there’s treasure- not gold, but seafood. The communities on either side of this strait used to be friends, but now they’re locked in conflict. One side has bigger, faster boats. The other side has a well-armed navy equipped with war boats that they’re using to patrol this border. This is the fish war between India and Sri Lanka. The Ram Setu, one legend goes that the Hindu god Rama hired an army of monkey men to build a bridge from India to Sri Lanka so that he could go in and rescue his wife from a demon king. Geology suggests that ther...

How china became so powerful

the world's factory   Back in old days, this part of the world used to be the economic super power of the planet. The dynasties discovered everything from compass, from printing to making paper, gunpowder. They would make huge expeditions around the globe. This is China, the middle kingdom, right next to India. Around the 1800's that's where it started changing. In Europe and the US, a major revolution started taking place(science, machines, weapons, industries). With the new power these countries started to expand to take over large parts of land. China remained a great civilisation, as the west started showing up, knocking on China’s door with their big guns. China couldn’t compete with the large fire power. So China compromised them with their lands(HONG KONG). The industrial revolution didn’t start in the same way as it did in the west. And in the middle of 1800, China stood in its massive decline. The situation got even worse when it’s neighbour Japan invaded. China’s ...

The 19-year-old girl from Haridwar has made history by holding the chief ministe...
